Prescriptions & Refills

The Spine Institute of New York physicians and nurse practitioners will prescribe pain medication for a limited time as part of patient's care. If ongoing pain management is necessary, patients will be referred to their primary physician or a pain management specialist.

 

Medications are refilled Monday through Friday during business hours (8:00am - 3:00pm) excluding holidays. Please allow 48 hours for refill requests to be processed. Medications are not refilled on evenings or weekends. You can request Prescription Refills online.

 

Request for X-ray, Mri or CT-Scan

We will need 48 hours to be able to process your request. Films sent regular mail unless you provide us with a credit card or a Federal Express account number. In order to request films, please call (212) 844-6710 and leave your name (with complete spelling), telephone number and the doctor that you were seen by.

 

Request for Medical Records

We will need a signed authorization from the patient for release of medical records. Please see the Medical Records Request section of this website for more information.
